Customer PDF Invoices not displaying in EEE

EEE has the ability to display PDF Invoices for customers. This is accessed from Customers Management & Marketing->Customers, and then searching through Customers, and then highlighting a customer and using the Sales History button. This displays a history of purchases by the customer, and if any of the purchases have been charge sales, you can highlight an item and use the View Invoice button to see the invoice in EEE.
Occasionally when attempting to view the PDF Customer invoices in EEE, instead of the invoice displaying you will receive a message about saving the file with a strange file name such as + PDFNAME +. This is likely to occur if you have just upgraded Internet Explorer to a later version such as IE8. The Internet Explorer upgrade seems to break the Acrobat Reader addins for Internet Explorer.
This problem is usually fixed by uninstalling Acrobat Reader and then re-installing it again.
