Enabler On-line licensing
There is an Enabler On-Line Licensing document available which provides step by step instructions on using the Enabler On-Line licensing to license your Enabler machines. This document is available from Magenta Retail.
The following instructions provide an overview of using Enabler On-Line Licensing. To access the licensing screen, you must have port 82 open in your firewall.
- Go to www.magentaretail.com.au
- Click on SUPPORT and then click on Enabler Licensing
- From the login screen enter your userid and password. These will have been supplied by Magenta Retail.
- Select the reason for the license. Available reasons are:-- New Licence- Re-Licence- Rebuild Licence, e.g. replacement machine- Other, must type reason
- Enter the machines logical address and volume ID
- Click on Get Licence Code
- If you are obtaining the licence on the machine being licenced, then click on Copy to Clipboard and then you can paste (Ctrl V) into the Enabler licence code field. If you are on a different machine, you will need to make a note of the licence code.
- Click on Another Licence to obtain another licence, or Log Out to exist from the Licensing screen.
