Enabler tills keep performing full master file load


On rare occasions, you may have the situation where an Enabler till continually tries to perform a full masterfile load.


If this occurs, try the following:

  • Close all Enabler programs on the till and store server
  • Replace \enabler\lanmnt\comflg.dbf on the store server with a copy from an Enabler upgrade pack. You must ensure that the replacement comflg.dbf comes from the same Enabler version as the till is using.
  • Start POS again on both the Store Server and the affected till

If the problem persists, check the entire Enabler directory and subdirectories for a file called fullload.dat on both till and store server, and delete any instance of this file.
