Enabler default printers

For Enabler to display reports currently on the screen, it uses the Windows default printer. If you have a situation where the Enabler reports on screen are scrambled and not readable, the chances are that the default printer on the till is the Receipt printer.

To allow Enabler reports to display correctly on screen, you MUST have a laser printer as the Windows default printer. If the PC doesn't have access to a laser printer, install the Printer driver for an HP Laserjet 4, and make this the default printer.

This will allow Enabler reports to display correctly on screen.
