Unable To Print Purchase Orders

Printing Purchase Orders from EEE

When using the “Print Draft” or “Print Supplier Copy” buttons from the Purchase order browse screen, you normally see a screen to open the purchase order as an RTF file, and after opening the file you can then print the purchase order.

If you don't see the prompt to open the RTF file, you may experience the screen flash and a system beep. To fix this problem, follow the instructions below.


1. In Internet Explorer->Tools->Internet Options->Security, remove the tick from "Automatically detect intranet network"

2. Use the Advanced button to add the EEE site to the Local Intranet zone.

3. The RTF files for Print Draft etc can then be opened.
