| When any files are replaced that contain transactions ebing sent from tills to server, backups should always be retained and reports and bank balancing carefully checked to determine if any data loss has occured. In the event of data loss, contact Magenta Retail for advice. It is highly recommended that Magenta Retail is contacted for advice prior to replacing any files.
