If you have a situation where the Enabler reports on screen are scrambled and not readable, the chances are that the default printer on the till is the Receipt printer.<br /> <br /> <br /> To allow Enabler reports to display correctly on screen, you MUST have a laser printer as the Windows default printer. If the PC doesn&#039;t have access to a laser printer, install the Printer driver for an HP Laserjet 4, and make this the default printer.<br /> <br /> <br /> This will allow Enabler reports to display correctly on screen.</div>
