The alert email will look something like this:-<br /> <br /> JOB RUN: &#039;EEE_SummaryData&#039; was run on 17/08/2009 at 4:00:00 AM<br /> DURATION: 0 hours, 0 minutes, 8 seconds<br /> STATUS: Failed<br /> MESSAGES: The job failed. The Job was invoked by Schedule 8 (Schedule1). The last step to run was step 1 (Step1).<br /> <br /> You can check the job in SQL Management Studio and if you see a message like:-<br /> <br /> &#039;&#039;Some rows are not covered by the FinancialWeek table. The FinancialWeek table needs to be set up.&#039;&#039;<br /> <br /> <br /> This can occur when sales are processed through Enabler when the PC is set on an incorrect date, such as some time in the future.
