2. Suggested procedures to recover from interrupted / failed upgrade.

4. EEE service pack installation procedures for single and dual server environments.
5. EEE upgrade procedures for single and dual server environments.
6. Suggested Enabler backup procedures for store servers and tills, for single and multi store environments.
7. Enabler configurations options - screen by screen, with a good description of the configuration options.
