EEE leverages the Microsoft .Net framework, and as such, specific versions of EEE have explicit dependencies on a certain version of .Net framework. Although we recommend running current, supported operating systems, there is no explicit block or operating system requirement. However this may be limited by the version of the .Net framework available for that Operating System. See here for more information.
