To change company details displayed on suppliers copies of Purchase orders would require edit of text files located in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\EEE\CompanyConfig.


From EEE v1.42 company details for purchase orders are maintained in EEE from Inventory->Purchasing Setup->Purchasing Configuration, where a Contents section has been added to this screen to allow the maintenance of Company Address and First Page Notes. This allows different information to be specified for different companies in EEE.
To change company details displayed on suppliers copies of Purchase orders would require edit of text files located in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\EEE\CompanyConfig.  
 
 
The above procedure is no longer applicable as Purchase Order configuration details are now all held in the EEE database. To change the company details displayed on supplier copies of Purchase Orders, login to EEE and got to Utilities->Configuration->Purchasing Configuration
